Type Of Personal Data Collected
In order to provide the Home Setup and Utility Management Services we may, in the course of provision of the services, share move-to and move-from addresses, moving dates, tenancy details, council tax status, and other data required for the provision of those services (including data relating to other occupants or household members) to Ethical Introductions Ltd (T/A Just Move In)
Who Controls The Personal Data
Where a Tenant receives Home Setup Services provided by Just Move In then, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for those services, we will need to also provide relevant personal data to Just Move In. Just Move In will store and be a controller of such personal data. Our Legal Requirements to Provide Data
We may provide your data if we are under a duty to disclose your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation. This includes providing the data to organisations and companies for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your Right to your Information & Right to be Forgotten
You have a right to access all data that we hold which is associated to you, you will need to request this in writing to the Data Protection Officer and we will provide this information as quickly as possible upon request and there will be no fee for this request.
You also have a right for your personal data to be deleted however we will inform you if there is any data which we must hold under industry standards or laws, please put this request in writing to the Data Protection Offices (contact details above) and we will respond confirming the final position.

Personal identifiable information which we hold is labelled and stored in a cloud, it is encrypted both at rest and in transit, we also use secure GDPR compliant industry platforms to hold and process your data in the course of our business. We have password protected systems and restricted rights and access so that only the relevant persons within the company can access your data. We are also incorporating multi-factor authentication to further protect your data.
