The one billion pound redevelopment of the Millennium Mills site in East London has been put on hold due to differences between the property developer and the previous owner.
Recently, Newham council approved proposals for nearly 4,000 homes in the 29-acre former Parcelforce site in Stephenson Street, Canning Town. It is hoped that the development will help solve the borough’s housing shortage. The development will also have offices, shops and a school.
