New Property Developments in E3

Approx 20,000 new homes will be built in the locality over the next 20 years

The Olympics may seem like a lifetime ago but their legacy is still ongoing. East London has had huge commercial success in the aftermath and alongside commercial success comes the need for housing. Bow is a great commuter location and it’s population has grown hugely in the last five years or so.

There are plenty of new developments and some fine architectural grafts to be seen. There are also some fantastic regeneration projects to be found in the area. Period conversions and new builds make up the biggest chunk of the property market and they are plentiful. Over the next twenty years approximately 20,000 new homes will be built in the locality. These properties will be built as part of almost sixty new housing schemes which are in the works. There will be plenty of opportunity for developers and purchasers alike in this still expanding part of London.

E3 is in a prime commuter belt with Stratford and Canary Wharf both only a short distance away. The amenities in the area are fantastic. Victoria Park is a wonderful asset for the people, providing beautiful walking and jogging space alongside cafes and even a skate park. There are a wonderful selection of eateries, a brewery, a gallery and Bow Arts, which is a thriving asset to the community here. There is something for everyone in the area.
