Bow has changed dramatically in the last decade. This East London gem has gone from strength to strength. Bow definitely gives you a superb slice of London life and the good news is it comes at a lower price than a lot of it’s neighbours.

The average property prices in the area come in at c. £430,000 which is much lower than the London average. Trading up to a family house in the Bow area

If it is a house you are looking for then you are in a slightly different price bracket. Bow has some stunning architecture in it’s midst including no less than 80 listed buildings throughout the area. There are some beautiful terraced houses which sell well here. They do however come at a price. If you wanted a house on the very popular Tredegar Square then you need to budget roughly £1 million.

Families love Roman Road also and this has a slightly more affordable price tag. The area has lots of amenities for both families and singles including some fantastic parks, cafes, shopping, art galleries etc. The good schools ensure that families want to stay here in the long term and we can’t blame them.

Travelling to E3

With a DLR station and tube stations connecting to the Central Line and District Line you are never far from your onward destination here in Bow. If you work in Canary Wharf your commute will be less than 15 minutes. There are also plenty of bus routes running through the area and furthermore, it is within cycling distance of the centre of London for those who like to get active on their daily commute.
