This prize draw is open to the public, except employees of Henry Wiltshire International and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Henry Wiltshire Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt or automated entries and those made fraudulently will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. All entries must be received by midnight on Wednesday 31st October 2018.
The winner will be notified by email, telephone or letter and their name and the name of the county where they live may be published. The winner will be notified within seven days of the close of the prize draw. Prizes will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of contestants, illegal or otherwise.
The prizes as published are available on the date of publication. The prize is subject to availability and to any published restrictions. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this competition you agree to have your name released as the winner, should you be drawn as a winner of the prize.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
Prize includes economy flights from London and will include an all-inclusive three-night stay in Majorca for two adults (Over 18)
Winners will travel on dates to be agreed in advance for dates to be agreed in November 2018, if for any reason the winner is unavailable to travel in November, the dates can be agreed for February or March 2019
Winners must be over 18 and arrange their own travel insurance at the time of booking
Includes baggage allowance up to 15 kilos - one piece only. Flights are Return Economy. Rooms will be a choice of twin or a double room.
Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the airport
Henry Wiltshire will not be responsible for flight delays or any issue which may arise that is the responsibility of the hotel provided.
In the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 14 days after the Draw, the prize will be awarded to a new winner. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these terms and conditions until a winner is established.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Henry Wiltshire International shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any participants in the draw.
These terms and conditions shall not create nor be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between the draw entrant and Henry Wiltshire International.
Henry Wiltshire International reserves the right to change the date of the Draw due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Henry Wiltshire International will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of incomplete entry or failed computer communication or for any loss suffered as a result of the Draw's website utilised for entry into the Draw.
Henry Wiltshire International does not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
Henry Wiltshire International shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
