We went sale agreed within weeks, after no offers in 12 months with other agents Rarely have I had the pleasure of dealing with such an efficient company in ANY walk of life and the credit has to go not only to the company but also the people within the company.

The team suggested marketing our property a little below what we were expecting to achieve with “ offers above”. Within the first week we had multiple viewings which then led to an offer price we were hoping to achieve. Here I need to point out, other agents had had on sale for over 12 months at the achieved price, with no offers whatsoever.

Unfortunately that sale did not go through, so they were left with starting again, Once again within a couple of weeks we had a sale. The sale itself did take a long time to complete due to circumstances outside of Henry Wiltshire's control, but the team kept us informed all the way, responded to emails normally within minutes. The phone is nearly always answered, yes this is important! How many times do you just go to voicemail on estate agents phones, hoping someone will respond when wanting to purchase a property in the many thousands of pounds.

Henry Wiltshire have my unqualified recommendation I recently sold my property with Henry Wiltshire Manchester. The service I received was second-to-none! The team really went above-and-beyond: at times it seemed as though the sale might fall through due to issues with the buyer and solicitors, and without his efforts I am sure it could well have done (or at least taken much longer).

I would also say that I went with Henry Wiltshire because they really put in the effort to get me as a client, whereas other local estate agents didn't. When asking for a valuation they put the work in and showed me their market research, whereas others just threw out a number. HW's valuation ended up being MUCH more realistic!
